dotty starts her thirty

to studio for a meeting before i get snowed in and snow-related errands.  
and how did i go for this long without short boots? 
and without a confetti-print tie-neck blouse? 
and without 8-tracks?

    Love this outfit. So pretty in all that snow. I have that lace Target skirt and it's in my mix for the 30x30. LOVE IT, wish I had gotten one in ever color.

    I love it! But I hate that I passed on that skirt at Target. I never would have thought to put a small print with the lace skirt. I guess that's why you have the skirt and I am left with...no skirt! :)
