[three things]
1. somehow in our bajillion moves i ended up with no flower vases, so a few weeks ago i stopped into a thrift store to pick up a heavy block of glass that could hold up to gladiolus stalks. in my wandering, i spotted this slouchy cardigan that wasn't my size and decided that we should be friends. i haven't gone thrifting in quite some time and i was pretty excited about some cheap thrills.
2. my husband has an awesome dress shirt collection which totally comes in handy when i am bored with my closet and want to wear an oversized shirt to work.
3. let's talk about black work pants for a second. i used to think that wearing black dress pants was super boring and uncreative. now i definitely understand the importance of having a great pair in my closet since they are such a versatile staple.
