i found this tucker for target dress all by itself on a clearance rack in nevada and fell for its fancy sneaky ruffles, odd sleeve length, and navyness.  i'm sure it will be belted in the future, but for today not so much.

    Nice scarf headband! Are you wearing the dress backwards, or are the ruffles on the back? Either way it's a fantastic outfit.

    I love how pretty your hair looks and that scarf is a lovely accent.

    apparently the ruffles are supposed to be on the back if you go by the convention of the tag being in the back. the dress totally works both ways though!

    I love your headscarf!  I think the dress will look great with a belt, but I saw two women on the street this past week with navy relaxed fit dresses and I thought they looked fabulous too!
